This is a project dear to my heart. Square Food Foundation is an incredible initiative in Knowle West, one of the most deprived areas of Bristol teaching local people to cook and providing a training for young adults in the community.

Which of course makes it spendy for a snack but you could pull the same trick with lumpfish roe. The schnitzel would be a bit more of a hassle to make at home but it was very very good. Add a glass (or two) of champagne and the top notch company of @thaneeprince and you have the perfect Christmas lunch.
